Check in & out and everything was super easy, nice staff, good location. Only minus the bed was hard and uncomfortable, so are the pillows.

Very nice location and very close to Alexanderplatz. Bed was confortable but pillows were old and they didn't have any place to store clothes (i.e. closet or drawers) whatsoever.

The hotel and room were clean, comfy and warm. Great shower. Staff were polite. The traffic noise was loud but bearable if the window was shut. The let down for the time away was the building work. Didn’t appreciate been woken up at about 6am/7am to drilling and banging, as it was the floor below us. It would have been helpful if it was explained through an email so we were aware of the noise and building work, we would of changed hotels.
