Lovely hotel! Really enjoyed our stay at the hotel and in D.C. visiting our son. The hotel and the room were wonderful, but one little problem was that the hair dryer didn't work and I didn't have time to wait around for a new one to be found (I waited a little while, but I didn't know how long I'd have to wait), so I had to leave the hotel with wet hair the first morning :( Not too happy about that. Other than that, everything was great. The hotel is so clean, well maintained, and runs so well. The parking was very convenient and reasonable for the D.C. area. The coffee shop was very convenient since we didn't want to sit down to a full breakfast in the dining room, although the dining room and the menu looked very nice. We will keep the Westin in mind for the next visit to D.C.

Overall great experience. Rooms were clean and well maintained. My only critique is the tub. It appeared to be a bit worn with paint chipping on the surface. However, it was not in terrible condition. The staff was friendly and helpful and was able to accommodate our needs. I would recommend and stay again.

The staff is really good- exactly as you would expect at a Westin property. The toilet in our bathroom overflowed within minutes of our arrival and they arrived immediately to fix it. The room was nice enough. Though, you can tell they are still in the process of converting the hotel from the previous Ramada level to a Westin level.

Clean room, friendly staff, easy parking, wait staff at breakfast were all excellent. The only comment we have at this stay was the quality of the food at breakfast. Coffee, tea and the fruit juices were very good. Our teen daughters said they wish there was hot chocolate. Eggs still had a bit of a powdery texture and the sausages were dry.
