Chill hotel with everything that you need for a relaxing weekend. Close proximity to a lot of attractions with kids and the beach. Staying on the first floor and having a balcony to the pool was a great highlight, very convenient!

From start to finish our experience was excellent, we are from London and have been coming to Boca for over 25 years, we used to stay at a neighbouring hotel, but fancied a change and Joshua Lustig (hotel manager) and his team were excellent we just finished a two week vacation at the hotel and won’t hesitate to return.

Room was across from the elevator. A lot of noise from talking guests well into the evening.
Could hear toilets flushing constantly, again well in to the evening. Not sure where this came from.
Smell of exhaust gas from the first floor exhaust vents.
The bedding was old.
Positive: newer finishes and nice look. The pool area was very nice. If we didn’t have the skunk room it would have been much nicer

-Problems with shower, ac, smoke alarm-but staff was on it quite well; Sunday brunch pool DJ -was non-stop noise for about 6 hours. Maybe this was the bomb for some but it wasn't my bag. . Other than this, the place was exotic and beautiful, nice staff and a real pleasure.
