10/10 Exceptional

Lovely stay, fantastic breakfast and helpful staff, especially in the breakfast buffet. Nice rooms. I was waken up by loud construction noise outside at 5.30 in the morning, but that was of course not something to blame on the hotel : a )

Great location. Room was good size. Didnt avail of the bar, restaurant or gym. Felt more focused on business guests rather than leisure guests.

The hotel was very clean and comfortable. However, the AC is not that powerful (if that matters to you), so that it can get a little warm. The staff are amazing and the breakfast is very delicious (but a little pricey). Would definitely stay again.

Excellent hotel in a great location near to all the sights in Hamburg. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, room was great, bed comfortable. Breakfast was excellent - lots of healthy and not so healthy options and made to order omlettes. Gym was well equipped. Bar lovely, room service quick and tasty. Definitely recommend

8/10 Very good

The hotel was good in most respects, it was clean, the staff were helpful, the bed was comfy the breakfasts were good and it had a nice bar that served food until late (I think 23:00). However, the shower wasn't well maintained. The holder would not hold its position and slid down (it must have been this way for a while). There was some issue with the shower temperature control, causing fluctuations in temperature. The area was also very noisy as there are many people with fast cars that seem to congregate there and whom like to show off just how quickly they can achieve the impressive speed of 30kph (the streets are small and with competing traffic).

Very well managed. Not the most fresh hotel, with a few dents and bites, but highly enjoyable.

The facility is located extremely well - Lot's of shopping and restaurant opportunities within walking distance and several parking houses nearby. The staff was really accommodative and helpful in all matters. I will for sure revisit this hotel!

Surprised,a Marriott chain having the worst that can happen to a bran. MICE in the restaurant dinnig! And the bad thing is nobody care!! After I had breakfast felt like vomiting. Hope some inspectors will do the job and close the restaurant untill the rodents are eliminated

Great location, amazing spacious rooms, clean, modern showers, bed was so comfy, incredible breakfast and the travel cot was basically a huge full sized crib with a fitted sheet and complimentary teddy bear. Can I move in?
