Amazing hotel at a very affordable price, I guess because it was off season? Clean, quiet, fresh, modern, perfectly located, friendly, hot water, good water pressure. Honestly, the best value hotel I’ve been to in years. If only every place I’ve stayed in of late could be near as good. Honestly, it was comparable to places I’ve stayed that were several times the cost.

This is the top choice for hotels in Downtown Sturgis. This building was creatively redeveloped into a hotel, with some cool features. Room was comfortable, clean and quiet. Free street parking supplements a limited parking lot. Great location with easy walk to everything you need.

Hotel was absolutely wonderful! Staff made it great. Rooms were great,perfect for family or if you are traveling with others . We were 3 guys on a long distance motorcycle trip and having 3 beds in the room worked great. Perfect location. We meet so many other people that were staying there and all seemed very happy and friendly. Again the STAFF was fabulous!

This is our 4th time here, and we never stay anywhere else when in Sturgis. The staff is so helpful, personable, and fun! They go out of their way to make sure you have everything you need. The rooms are updated, clean, and the beds are comfortable. And the property is located within walking distance of everything. Well be back.

The rooms are super cute and quaint. They did a great job with use of space. Clean and modern. Parking was in the back of the building and also had street parking available if needed. There is a coffee shop within the hotel which was nice! I definitely recommend. We traced with 2 pups and had no issues.

The check in was smooth, friendly, and efficient. My dog was clearly welcomed. The balcony was a great place to have the coffee and muffins from the on-property coffee shop. The indrustrial chic decor was interesting and comfortable. The only suggestion for improvement is to add some lighting in the hallway near the elevator. It was difficult to find the button to get the elevator, and it was diffult to see where I was going.

First, 10/10 would stay again. Rooms modern, tasteful, and in great shape. Location fantastic, coffee shop great and staff friendly. As a “heads up” the two comfortable beds take up space. If you go with 4 people you better be friendly. It’s tight. I stored my gear upstairs and used the window ledge as a nightstand. If I nitpick a bit the stairs up to the upper room were dusty. When the morning sun came in I could see my footprints and shoe tread design. The view from 210 is the roof. Not scenic in the least. Now read the first sentence again.
