This is the best hotel I ever stayed. The staff - in particular the shuttle drivers, the man who welcomed us at the entrance and the reception - were spectacular. The location is amazing - full nature. We used everyday the onsens although it was very hot outside. Recommended!

숙박비 대비 객실의 청결도, 직원의 친절도, 식사,주차등은 나무랄데가 없었습니다. 노천탕을 개인적으로 좋아하는데 뷰도 좋고 물로 깨끗하고 욕탕정비도 매우 정갈해서 매우 만족했습니다. 다만 방이 로비로 부터 제일먼곳에 배정되었는데 번거로아서 가까운곳에 재배정해 달라고 요청하지 않았지만 이유를 알고 싶습니다. 나중 재방문시 참고할수 있게요. 숙박요금에 따라 배정하는 것 같은데 제가 지불한 숙박요금이 제일싼 것인지 궁금합니다.

チェックイン時間と同時にチェックインしたのに夕食は20時からの回しか無い、早い回は団体が入ったからとの対応。当然のように言われて最初から嫌な気持ちになる。貸切風呂ははるばる現地まで行かないと、空いてることすら確認できない。そして全く空かない。不親切すぎるシステム。そうなると周りの景色に全く溶け込まない南欧風建築も不満に思えてくる（笑）可もなく不可もなくでした。景色は良かったです。
