Friendly staff and clean facilities. Disappointed that the restaurant is in transition. Mainly because I was looking forward to their French fries I’ve had during previous stays.

Room was comfortable. The only issue I had was there was a strange thumping noise through out the night. Sounded like wind blowing something around outside my window.

4/10 Fair

The property should do a better job of information. No where on the website does it list check in and check out times. My biggest issue was the front desk. I checked in early and was assessed a $50 fee. I was told here are my keys. I was not told about parking. I was told the elevator was broken, I was not told where to find stairs or how to get to my room, not a great first impression. The rooms are well appointed and cozy on a rainy day. The website lists a gym on site.

6/10 Good

It has 9-9 pool hrs so no early or late swimming but with 2 strokes you are across the pool anyway. The room was dark green and black with poor lighting in the main room and bathroom. The breakfast was “Get and go” meaning bottled juice and individually packaged muffins and rolls. There were apples one day and bananas another if you got there before 8 or so and no decaf coffee or hot water but no tea or cocoa anyway. There was no place at all to sit so you had to take it to your room. There is no fitness room. It is close to Arnold’s Park to walk. We would not stay there again. It is not on the water either.
