Staff was brilliant and helpful - from room tidiness to travel arrangements. I had to catch a very early flight before breakfast time and they kindly provided some takeaway bentos and arranged taxi service. The breakfast and bar service was excellent as well. Fabulous hotel, so glad we picked it. Lovely garden and patio bar/restaurant. Didn't use the formal restaurant as like to wander out in the evening but the patio restaurant was lovely. Room was great and good bath and shower arrangement - separate shower area beside bath. Impressed that there were hair tongs as well as hairdryer. On the roof is a pool but more a plunge pool - impressed with the disability seat. Could do with some sun bed cushions as the rattan gets red hot. Would definately go back. And lovely staff :) PS and great location.
