"The hotel was probably nice some time ago, but it looks a bit outdated now. The room was very worn down and really needed renovation. There was carpet on the floor in the room, which was in desperate need of cleaning.
Breakfast was okay. Not great, but it was enough to feel full. We chose the hotel because of the pool. It was ice cold, but did the job in the summer heat.
The staff were very friendly. Without them, the hotel would have received two fewer stars.

"I arrived late at night, and I couldn't find the entrance to the hotel. The fist floor is being renovated and the temporar entrance is through a door on the back of the building. The hotel should have notified me, giving instructions on how, and where to check in.

"The location was great and the room was enough big with nice bathroom/toilet inside. Easy to walk to public transportation. BUt not very close though. However it is in the middle of the most historical part of the city. "

Front desk personnel are, Mr. Adib & Yaqoub are awesome, they do everything to make your stay perfect, so helpfull, Service-minded personality, find solutions to your problems and try to answer you every singel question just to make you staisfy.

The staff are very friendly and extremely helpful. Although its not open buffet, breakfast is pleasant. The building and facilities has its limits the rooms are well appointed and clean, most basic hotel services are provided."
