"The motel is very convenient. Two blocks from public beach access. And four or five blocks from the Circle. It's old, but clean. And was very quiet. "

"Terrific place to stay in Beaufort. Stylish rooms and common areas. The property isn’t large but feels like a resort. Good food at reasonable prices. The shuttle into town was very convenient. I would recommend this hotel."

"The room worked well to share with our family of four. The lobby had lots of spaces to hang out and socialize. The hotel even offers bikes to borrow for getting around!"

"PROS: clean room, good area, staff was nice and easy to talk to, easy to access my room (disabled vet),the front desk lady was so sweet and her daughter was too.
CONS: the phone had no cord so I couldn't call out or the front desk, a slight smell in the room (I kept the air flow by having the door open for a bit), the toilet was too low (almost fell in when I tried to sit down on the first night. Overall good experience with this hotel."

"Overall good. Only one roll of toilet paper for four adults wasn’t efficient. Accessible room did have great bathroom with rails for toilet and roll in shower with seat. However beds were too high for handicapped person and seating was not sufficient either. Just a rolling desk chair & a chair that dropped 3-4 inches when you set in it. Over all it was convenient & clean."

"Things weren’t as we expected. The room had a smell. I looked at the AC unit and it looked like it had not had the filter cleaned in a year.
No fault of the owners but there is major construction going on outside as they are building a hotel right across the street and it comes with all the construction noise and traffic you would expect.
It’s definitely a budget lodging. "

"The house had an unpleasant odor, the kitchen pots were not very clean, and there were no blankets provided for sleeping, which was inconvenient. If the host could improve the cleanliness of the kitchen, freshen up the house, and ensure blankets are available, it would make the stay much more comfortable."

"This rental does not include sheets, towels. You have to ask and pay for it when you check in. To find out where to check in was another job and it’s located 5 blocks away. The place is dark, musty, very old. All beds are bunk beds. Some roaches. We won’t come back."

"My mom and I come here every year for our birthdays in November, as well as usually for Mother's Day weekend. We love staying here! The view is always amazing, the staff are kind and helpful, the new restaurant is very enjoyable, and the rooms are always clean. You can tell the new owners are working hard to update this property by the constant projects and folks doing little things around the property daily. Our only recommendation would be to update the bathrooms in the guest rooms, they are in dire need. The space could be used so much better which would greatly improve the guest experience. Showers are a pain!!! Otherwise, we love staying with you all and we WILL be back! "
