"I had a pleasant stay at this hotel in Würzburg. The location was one of its best features—very walkable and close to the city center. Major attractions like the Würzburg Residence and the Old Main Bridge were within easy walking distance, making it ideal for sightseeing without needing a car. There were also plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby, which made dining out very convenient. The area felt safe and lively, perfect for evening strolls. "Great new property. The bar area served good snacks and nice selections of drinks. There is no restaurant on the property but there are many options nearby. Great location in old town. Parking is a bit of a challenge but on streets free from 7pm to 9am but you can only pay for 2 hours at a time just in front of the hotel. There are 24 hour options in the area. Staff was excellent and the small rooms are new and nice."

"Excellent hotel in a great location, easy to access the tram or better to walk along the path by the river into town. We didn't breakfast at the hotel it was a bit busy. But very good little bakery just down the lane in front of the hotel. Just be aware that the booking and assess the your room number and pin code is only available via the web page and then wasn't obvious to find, connection on 3g was very slow. It would be better if this info was in the email. "

"Site advertises laundry facilities. There are none. Desk clerk said we could send out to be laundered and MIGHT be back in two days. Also, asked at desk how to turn on HVAC system. Reply always it’s not working. Asked when fixed. Replied next week like who cares. Had to ask someone else for help. At least he provided a fan. Room was hot and stifling without air flow. Paid a high price for a hotel without a working air flow system. "

"Second time staying at this hotel, this time on the new building and we loved it! Very spacious suite with outdoor space which was perfect for our dog. A short walk from the river and across the road from a number of options. 5 minute walk from town. We really enjoyed staying here again and will be back."
