"愛媛には何度か行ってるのですが、こちらのホテルは始めて宿泊させて頂きました。
フロントの方も親切で駐車場案内や受付もスムーズに進みました。子供達へのウエルカムド リンク、入浴剤選び、セルフコーヒー等のサービスも嬉しかったのですが、１番は部屋に子供用の歯ブラシを準備しててくれたことが感激でした。ホテルの歯ブラシは大きくて毎回困っていたのでホントに助かりました。小さなことだけど気付いてくれる心遣いが本当に嬉しかったです。また利用したいと思います。ありがとうございました。"

夕方で疲れてた上に2歳児もいたので、気分は良くありませんでした。往復してまいりましょうか？など、お客様の1日の疲れを考えて、徒歩が送迎の選択肢を与えて頂きたかった。
次に部屋に到着後、使用の案内がありました。食器類は使ったら全て洗い、片づけるように言われました。常識的に、調理したら片付けはしますが、宿から、このように強く言われたのは初めてだったので、驚きしました。冬は寒すぎて、宿泊できないかも。お風呂は暗すぎる。こたつは温まりにくい。煎餅みたいなお座布団はお尻が痛くなります。防寒対策をして、ご宿泊ください。携帯の充電機コードなどはありません。"

"This is a super cool hotel with a strong historical vibe. The Oki room had a private courtyard and spacious quarters. There are stairs from the entrance and bathroom to the sleeping area, which I mention in case any reader has difficulty with stairs. The staff was very helpful."
