We had a personal health situation with one of our party members and the staff was very supprtive, they accompanied my grandmother to the Hospital and followed the whole process closely. We couldn't have been better taken care of. The whole staff was always pleasant and helpful! The food at the Roots restaurant was superb as well. Rooms were spacious and cozy."

Room had it's oen kitchen so I could made my own breakfast, which was good cause breakfast was served starting 9.00 am .. I wake up at 4.30 so I couldn't wait that long to get something to eat. 😄 I will come here again.. loved it!"

The pillows and mattresses were uncomfortable and bathroom grout could use some scrubbing. The host and employees were extremely nice and welcoming. "we stayed in one of the sculptures. we liked having 100% privacy (no shared walls/floors/ceiling), the top open to the sky, the large shower, and the firm bed. The fridge was also handy for storing drinks we had bought at the grocery store. The pool was great for dangling feet and enjoying the amazing view. Highly recommend doing the "Ruta de pontes" hike for even better views. The breakfast is great, plenty of options. The dinner not so great, but the moscow mule was great."

We were happy that the pool was open, but woud have beenhappier ifit had been heated even a little bit. All of the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. The included breakfast was very good and quite extensive, with enough options for picky eaters. We enjoyed our stay and would gladly stay again."
"The hotel was stunning, a modern mountain vibe. The staff were extremely friendly and kind. The rooms were beautiful and spacious. The pools are spectacular, we had seen a photo of these and that was why we visited. We were not disappointed, cave like steam rooms and saunas, multiple pools.
The entire experience was extremely enjoyable and we will go back. I should also mention the bar food was to a very high standard, reasonable prices and large portions. "

We opted for 1/2 board (breakfast dinner) since there were not a lot of spots nearby and the driving made me a bit nervous.
