The good: good location, very clean, comfortable bed, excellent service, all of the staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast cooks do an AMAZING omelette. The just so-so: the breakfast buffet was not great. The bad: we paid for the deluxe penthouse suite. The bathroom had no vanity so we could leave our toiletries in the bathroom; the lighting in the bathroom is poor. While it is not the fault of the hotel, there was heavy construction going on next door - it started at 6 AM (even on the weekends!) and it was outrageously loud from our room. The constant drilling and banging disrupted our stay quite a bit.

First the positives Hotel is in a good location. Staff was courteous and helpful. As for the value for money you can get better hotels. By North American standards this is a rundown Motel if you have to compare. I got swayed by lots of positive reviews about the Hotel not sure about the quality of people reviewing. The room was too small. The Air conditioner was not cooling down properly even on the lowest setting which is 17. Takes about 3 hours for the room to cool down when it is super hot. Cant complain about the location convenient for Shopping and lots of food choices around. Will I consider coming back to this hotel? no way!

Unfortunately, this is a difficult review to write, as despite the hotel's good location and decent facilities, our overall experience was extremely disappointing. During our stay, there was major construction work taking place next door, with extremely loud noise that significantly affected our ability to relax and enjoy our stay. We had booked the hotel three months in advance, and I strongly believe guests should have been informed about the construction before arrival. What made matters worse was the lack of cooperation from both the hotel and Hotels.com when we raised our concerns. We felt that neither party was willing to take responsibility. The hotel could have arranged alternative accommodation, or Hotels.com should have clearly informed guests about the ongoing construction before accepting bookings. To be fair, the hotel offered to move us to another room, extend our checkout time and arrange a taxi at a reduced price. While we appreciate these gestures, they did not address the main issue. When you book a hotel, you expect a comfortable, peaceful and safe place to rest. Unfortunately, that was not our experience. The hotel should have informed guests well in advance or arranged alternative accommodation. Ultimately, this is about transparency, communication and accountability. It is a real shame that neither the hotel nor Hotels.com seemed willing to properly
