We really enjoyed the space. It was new, clean and well equipped with everything that we needed for our 5 nights stay. The space had two double beds, couch, tv, kitchen, laundry. The only thing we would have liked is if they had bigger beds. Two double beds for four people reservation is too small.

The room was clean and came with a washer machine. Hotel staff were extremely nice and explained everything thoroughly during check in. One thing to note is you must turn on the water boiler to get hot water. The one in our room was located near the kitchen sink. There are some small restaurants near the hotel and convenience stores (Lawson, Seicomart). Hotel is about 10 minutes walk from Susukino Station.

Everything was excellent. I was amazed how clean our room was and modern design. I really enjoyed our stayed. The price was very reasonable. The only problem we had is difficulty finding the hotel. We lost few times and had to ask direction. The hotel was located in front of the temple on the google map, but we couldn't locate the temple. Despite the problem finding the hotel, I still highly recommend this hotel. I will book this hotel for future Sapporo stay.

Very good for overall. There is a laundry machine in the room. If you need more detergent, just ask, theyโ€™ll give you more. There is no dryer. So just hang in the room. Located in Susukino, so itโ€™s easy to walk around. Staff are all friendly. I enjoyed my stay!

the hotel is brand new. very neat and tidy, everything is excellent. We have spacious room and have a washing machine in room. Don't fool by the only 2 star rating, it is because the hotel has not many facilities such a no pool no restaurant,and no 24 hours check in. I want to mention that there is meter parking just near the hotel, its very convenient, 1300yen overnight from 1800-0800, and 800 yen from 0800-1800. It is at very good price.

Itโ€™s the best arrangement among all the bookings we had for a month long trip, traveling from Seoul to Fukuoka then Sapporo. Itโ€™s an eye opening experience, we are world travelers and have seen many top rated hotels, but this one is the best of the best. Located in the center of a very vibrant Susukino with many well known traditional restaurants within less than 10 minutes walking distance. We had the well-received traditional ramen the first night and it set the bar very high for the other restaurants to match. All ramen places we tried have been excellent. Great shopping area and many eat-drink places near the Susukino station. Some restaurants open from 5pm-6am, you will never feel hungry there. The staff had been extremely helpful and their suggestions of eating places have been tried and validated, all are excellent. They are very professional and no problem with communication. Our room is very clean and quiet. The hall way is very quiet and nice. The room has a laundry and kitchen is full of supplies. Bath robes are provided. Two thumbs up and a five stars rating from us. We plan to come back soon.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had an overall pleasant experience. What I liked: The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. Having a washing machine (no dryer) in the room was very convenient for a longer stay. The hotelโ€™s location made it easy to get around and visit nearby attractions. The overall atmosphere was quiet and relaxing. What could be better: We stay for 18 nights, Housekeeping only provided free of charge once every 7 days. Thatโ€™s the biggest challenge for us. We have no idea where to put our trash, we tried to put it in hallway at the morning though the housekeeping would collect it, but ended up stayed there for 2 days. We were told to hand the trash in to the reception. Another thing, there was no safe box in the room to put our valuable belongings. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would consider staying here again. The hotel offers good value for the price, especially for travelers looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay.

It was our first time visiting Hokkaido, and Randor Hotel Sapporo Heritage gave us a fantastic experience during our stay. The location is superb and very convenient, with easy access to the Susukino area and plenty of restaurants nearby. The neighbourhood is lively, and the nightlife around Susukino is fantastic. The hotel itself is very clean, and our room was surprisingly spacious and comfortable. It was also a great base for exploring Sapporo, with many of the cityโ€™s attractions easily accessible. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay, especially if you want to be close to Sapporoโ€™s attractions, restaurants and vibrant nightlife. We really enjoyed our stay!

We stayed for a total of four nights. The first night was for the Junior Suite for two adults and three children, in room 1309. For the rest of the nights, we reserved the King Suite, in room 1009. Our original travel plan was changed, and about a month out, we cancelled a stay in Otaru, and added a night at Randor. Randor messaged me that we would need to book a separate reservation for a separate room due to availability. Upon arrival on the 8th, I asked what the difference was between the room for the 8th and the remainder of the stay, and neither of the front desk staff knew. They assumed the King Suite is bigger. I asked that if there isn't much difference, we would prefer to stay in the first room so we didn't have to pack up, check out at 1100 hours, and recheck in at 1500 hours. They told me that we cannot keep the same room due to availability. So in the afternoon of the 9th when we found that the rooms were exactly the same, we were very disappointed. The view from the 10th floor was now less of a view, as it was blocked from some of the nearby buildings. King Suite rooms (Type G1) are on the 10/12/14th floor, Queen Suite rooms (Type G2) are on the 9/11/13th floor. Both are 91 sq m with the same layout. If the King and Queen rooms are identical, a suggestion for Randor would be to make the room designation the same so that there's no confusion. Checking in and out with children is very inconvenient.
