The Trail Inn was cute and charming right in the center of amana. You could walk to all the shops and restaurants near by to the cutest German stores. The rooms were clean and well kept and staff was attentive if there were any questions.

Easy access parking. Staff on site very helpful, room was clean and AC kept up even with the severe heat wave it was very refreshing after being outside all day.

8/10 Very good

It seemed off-putting at first that there was no front desk personnel, but it actually works out well and no complaints there. A quick contact and we were able to get a second key we needed. Hands down, the best shower pressure I’ve ever had at a hotel. Loved that. The Wi-Fi connectivity for our phones and the TV services was the only disappointment. In today’s world, that should be a given. Overall we were happy with our stay.

6/10 Good

The room was clean and adequate. The bed was less comfortable than many we have slept on. Air conditioning was more than adequate and parking was very convenient. It was likely the best for the money in the area.

The automated check in was different than I am used to but worked fine. I had to ask for assistance and there were easy to follow instructions to have a person on line help me get my key. The room was newly decorated and very clean. It was a quiet property and within walking distance to restaurants and shopping. I would definitely stay there again.
