The first room they gave me still had someone's belongings in there. I assume they gave me someone else's room. They quickly resolved this issue, and the second room was clearly not fully ready to stay in. There were boxes of screws, and the boxes for the alarm system still in the room. The kitchen didn't seem to be fully equiped, and there was no sponge, soap, dishwasher tabs or drying towel. The bedding felt cheap and cold. The cables hanging directly above the bed for the bed lights made it all seem unfinished too. The shower drain was blocked, and you had to turn off the water every 30s for the water to drain away. The towels were also not of adequate size (too small) and were of bad quality. The parking situation at this accommodation is abysmal. There are only 2 spaces available, which you need to pay for, and which are never available. From what I understood, the place was not finished. I would say there is quite a bit of work left before opening it up to the public.

Die vorherigen negativen Bewertungen kann ich leider nur bestätigen. Die Zimmer sind sehr verdreckt und wurden kaum gereinigt, weder das Besteck noch die Küche generell oder alle Ablagen. Auch nicht die Bäder. Aufgrund eines Defekts im Bad haben wir ein anderes Zimmer bekommen. Hier wurde nicht einmal das WC geputzt. Die Reste der Vorbewohner waren deutlich zu erkennen. Eigentlich sollte eine Reinigungskraft vorbei kommen, jedoch erschien niemand. So etwas habe ich noch nie erlebt. Am Liebsten wäre ich sofort wieder abgereist. Einzig positiv ist die Lage zu bewerten.

Sehr ordentlich, ruhig, gutes Bad, gute Küchenzeile mit Spülmaschine, Besteck könnte nochmal nachgerüstet werden, eine zweite Klopapierrolle (für 2 Nächte) wäre auch nett. Also im ganzen nichts zu beanstanden!

Das erste Zimmer war sehr dreckig, überall waren Haare, kein Toilettenpapier.. Nach Reklamation bekam ich ein neues Zimmer, welches genauso eklig war. Es riecht sehr ekelhaft nach Kanal in den Räumen. Oben hab ich lautstark die ganze Nacht nur ein glückliches Paar gehört, da die Wände sehr dünn sind. Die Dusche war eklig dreckig, der Kühlschrank schmierig/ölig und im bett waren ebenfalls haare. Es scheint alles so auf "minimale kosten" gesetzt zu haben, ohne Rücksicht auf die Kunden.
