Turned up very early from an overnight flight and the hotel were helpful in storing our luggage. There was a large W.C available for us to change and refresh in. Our room was enormous and well laid out. The only negative about the room is probably that the carpet is a bit tired and could do with a deep clean if not replacement. Bathroom was great, spacious again. Our room faced the front of the hotel and there was noise. Firstly from construction across the road. And on our last night a nearby venue had music playing well into early morning. Wasn't loud enough to disrupt us but may impact a light sleeper. We used Yandex to travel around and only ever had to wait for a few minutes fir one to turn up. You can walk to nearby cafes and shops for supplies if needed.

Nice hotel, but staff at reception was not up to standard & speed: 1) they wanted to charge 3 USD/night for city tax, when my voucher clearly stated that the city tax was 0.5 USD/night. I was told they would look into it, but obviously they did not do anything as at the time of check-out they tried to charge me again 3 USD/night for the city tax; 2) they wanted to charge me for things I have not taken from the mini bar; 3) due to early departure I asked for a breakfast box, yet I was told: “It is not possible, sorry!” Well, that is just not good enough!

21時到着のフライトだったため、空港から比較的近いこと、翌日も列車で移動する予定だったため、タシケント駅に近いことが決め手となり、こちらのホテルを選びました。 ホテルは大通りから少し中に入った場所にありますが、特に不便は感じませんでした。大通り沿いには、おしゃれなレストランやカフェ、地元料理を楽しめるお店もあり、食事にも便利な立地です。 また、ウズベキスタンでは配車アプリを使えばリーズナブルに移動できるので、中心地から少し離れていても、それほど問題はないと思います。地下鉄の駅も徒歩圏内にあり、移動手段が充実しているのも良かったです。 お部屋は広くて快適。朝食も美味しく、気持ちよく過ごすことができました。 空港や駅へのアクセスを重視する方には、特におすすめしたいホテルです。 こちらに泊まってよかったです！
