The place was very convenient & close to eagle beach. Room was cute, clean, Small like I needed. However, they could of had more items available such as towels, garbage bags, fluffier pillows & extra blankets. Place was overall quiet, some of the other apartments across from our room, seemed to be abandoned or not really used, making it a bit of an eye sore. But anytime I had a question or concern, the owner responded pretty quick & was helping

The room was nice. Bed comfortable. Water pressure in shower worked well. Would have been nice to have a sauce pan as well. Pool was clean and wonderful!

Great small pool outside with lounge chairs. The room was nicely updated with great a/c. However the bathroom needs an outlet for the hair dryer. Also a magnifying mirror in the bathroom would be a great touch! Other than that everything is great!

No counter space, no storage space and no shower gel or shampoo. Amir was very friendly however and the resort was clean. Needs a microwave in the unit.

We enjoyed our stay at South Beach. The place was cleaned. It is close to the grocery and some beaches. It was easy to walk to the grocery stores and Divi beach. It is a quiet place. The pool is nice. I recommend to have a car if you want to visit and have dinner at restaurants. Us we rent a car for half of our holidays (5/10). Amir, the host, is very helpful. I will not hesitate to reserve that apartment again.

Amir the property owner was amazing!!! Anything you could possibly need, he could arrange, including transfers from and to the airport. The apartment was spacious, comfortable and clean. The bed and pillows were super comfortable and the bathroom very modern. Renting a car is recommended as the property is a good distance from the beach and about 0.6 miles from the closest Arubus stop.

Great property, new to the Aruba small hotel scene. Safe location for sure. The owners were very accommodating and friendly. Just a few minor tweaks they need to work on. But over all a very promising hotel. Just rent a car if you plan on staying here long term.

This is a great property. It’s approximately a 5 minute drive to Eagle Beach and is very centrally located. The suites are very clean and comfortable and the pool area well maintained. There is a dog on site, Bobby, and he’s very sweet. Bring some treats if you stay. The environment is very relaxed and the owner responds to all texts promptly. This will definitely be a property I will rent from again!
