The hotel is an old Polish aristocratic Palace with beautiful interiors and a park around. Be careful when you book this hotel close to 22.00 PM. They close down everything and you may stay without accomodation for the rest of the night. We landend late at Modlin airport and booked two rooms at 2150 PM. The transaction was accepted and there was no phone or info from hotel that they close at 2200 PM. On the arrival to the hotel there was only a watchman (only Polish speaking) who was not informed about our arrival. Finally we got two small rooms, evethough we had payed for bigger ones. In general the place is beautiful, they serve very good Polish style breakfast, the service is kind but they must work on organisation!

Det är en väldigt vacker byggnad och hotellet va lite som vi förväntade oss då vi bott på liknande innan. Rejäla rum (vi va 4 st.) Däremot skulle man behöva lite bättre mörkläggning, tycker den generellt är lite sisådär utomlands. Vi åt i restaurangen, mycket trevlig servitör som kunde bra engelska också Stort + där. Ett bra hotell på vägen någonstans då där ej fanns så mycket annat. Summa summarum värt pengarna.

Not the best experience

Beautiful hotel, but unfortunately: • The reservation was made at 9:50 PM, and the reception operates until 10:00 PM. No one was informed about our arrival. • The gate was closed, and the guard in charge of the hotel had no idea what was going on. After lengthy negotiations, he finally let us into the property. There was no contact with any supervisors or reception staff. After long discussions, we were given rooms, but they were very different from what we paid for — and not in our favor. Only the guard’s understanding saved us from spending the night in a taxi… Apparently, the receptionist responsible for our booking left work early and didn’t check the system. • The room standard was significantly lower than what we paid for in the offer. Piękny hotel ale niestety: - rezerwacja zrobiona o 21:50, recepcja pracuje do 22:00 i nie powiadomiono nikogo o naszym przyjeździe. - zamknięta brama, stróż który zajmuje się hotelem nie wie o co chodzi. Po długich negocjacjach wpuścił nas do obiektu. Nie ma kontaktu z zwierzchnikami lub obsługą recepcji. Po długich rozmowach dostaliśmy pokoje jednak bardzo różne od tego co zapłaciliśmy. Na niekorzyść naszą. Tylko wyrozumiałość stróża uratowała nas od noclegu w taksówce… Najwidoczniej osoba z recepcji odpowiedzialna za rezerwację wyszła z pracy wcześniej i nie sprawdziła systemu. - standard pokoju znacznie niższy niż zapłaciliśmy w ofercie
