Learn more about Cefalù
Golden sands meet medieval streets in this coastal gem where the imposing Norman cathedral watches over everything like a patient guardian. Climb La Rocca for views that explain why photographers camp out at sunset with thermoses of wine. The cathedral's Byzantine mosaics glow with impossible brilliance, while the town's winding alleyways reveal family restaurants where seafood arrives hours after being caught. After swimming in the crystalline waters of Cefalù Beach, dry off with a granita from a street vendor who'll debate Sicilian politics with surprising passion. For a quieter experience, hike to the Temple of Diana ruins or escape to nearby Madonie mountains. The Aeolian Islands beckon from the harbor, where boats depart for day trips to volcanic wonders.

Hotel Kalura
"I couldn’t connect to their wifi for my Apple computer"
Taliammari
"Excellent hotel with great views and cocktail bar! Rooms were so clean and staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Breakfast had a great selection. Would definitely recommend or stay again :)"
Hotel La Giara
"Close proximity to the beach"
Hotel Riva del Sole
"Beautiful lobby and great location across the street from one of our favourite beaches. Room was cute and public terrace on second floor allowed us to see the sunset. Only issue was lukewarm showers if taken in late afternoon before dinner. We would definitely come back here some day."
Blue Bay
"Beautiful minimalist property that had every amenity from coffee bar, liquor bar, breakfast and lunch restaurant. Plenty of beach, chairs, umbrellas, and tables at the private beach along with plenty of beach toys from paddle boats to kayaks. The beach is very rocky but they had plenty of beach shoes to borrow. The most pleasant surprise was it was an easy walk to the historical downtown where there were plenty of bargains to be had add beautiful restaurants to enjoy. Thanks to the staff for making it a very pleasant and enjoyable stay you can’t beat the view from anyone of the rooms that also have a private terrace."
Artemis Hotel
"Overall we had a good stay at this hotel. The location was perfect - walking distance to everything (including the gourmet grocery store). The bed was a little uncomfortable and the breakfast buffet was serviceable, but all things considered we liked the hotel."
Nooria Sicilian Charme Rooms
"The room was spacious and spotlessly clean with lovely decor. The bed was really comfortable and the air con was great. The location was perfect, just minutes to the resturants and the beach. We had a wonderful stay and we will be more than happy to stay here again the next time we visit Cefalu. The staff were very helpful and friendly."
Hotiday Cefalù Mazzaforno
"Beautiful location but make sure to stay at the main hotel Baia el capitano instead of the Hotiday apartment style across the street. It shares amenities but very basic rooms. You will want to be in the main building with the amazing rooftop views but of course, for approx $100-$200 less, you can stay across the street. We regret not reading the fine print on location, as pictures show the main hotel not the apartments. Has access to private beach, walkable or shuttle and breathtaking 180 degree rooftop views on the terrace"
Hotel Al Pescatore
"Great little hotel within walking distance of the Centro. Our room was modern, clean and comfortable, breakfast was great and the staff were lovely and helpful. Parking was easy and the Wi-Fi was good. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily come back."
