Magnifique hĂŽtel trĂšs moderne et propre avec un personnel trĂšs professionnel et accueillant. Un espace piscine adulte vraiment respectĂ©, ce qui transforme le sĂ©jour en havre de paix pour regarder le coucher de soleil. Des buffets travaillĂ©s avec des stations de cuisine sur mesure. On recommande !! Et on reviendra !!! Une remarque cependant : le spa et le padel sont sur des tarifs trop chers Ă  la française. 75 Euros l’heure de massage. Dommage.

Havre de paix

Magnifique sĂ©jour en bord de mer. L'hĂŽtel et le service sont irrĂ©prochable. La dĂ©coration, les chambres et le confort au top. Pour sur, nous allons y retourner Ă  chaque visite au Maroc, un spot de plage incroyable. LĂ©gĂšre remarque et pas des moindre, la distribution de serviette au compte goutte Ă  la piscine avec surtout 1 maĂźtre nageur peu sympathique. Vu le tarif de la chambre, c'est dĂ©sagrĂ©able de courir derriĂšre les serviettes. Et l'ambiance autour de la piscine le week-end bien trop dĂ©sagrĂ©able par rapport Ă  la semaine au vu de la vente de day pass aux externes de l'hĂŽtel. Étant client de l'hĂŽtel ça me paraĂźt abuser de chercher des transats en vain. DĂšs dĂ©tails qui gĂąche une prestation 5 Ă©toiles mais cela reste un hĂŽtel merveilleux et nous y reviendront.

HĂŽtel idĂ©alement situĂ©. Cadre parfait. Niveau restauration, le petit dĂ©jeuner est trĂšs bon. Concernant le service il est Ă  revoir car sans donner de pourboire le personnel n’est pas Ă  la hauteur du standing de l’hĂŽtel. Le Gros point nĂ©gatif est le kid’s club. Les deux animatrices qui s’occupent des tout-petits sont vraiment dĂ©sagrĂ©ables. On a l’impression de les dĂ©ranger quand on dĂ©pose notre enfant. Pas souriantes et les activitĂ©s proposĂ©es aux enfants sont pas top. Si vous souhaitez un bon kids club il est clair qu’il ne faut pas choisir cet hĂŽtel.

The hotel is beautiful and the staff and service is amazing. The only issue we had was that there was a constant smell of sewage coming from the bathroom toilet.

Great hotel. 15 min walk to Taghazout. Clean place. Great breakfast and the Club lounge access well worth it for all day snacks and a 2 hour happy hour in the evening. Beach area is more chilled out than the pool area. The pool is too busy with screaming kids. Shame there wasn’t some sort of free board hire or bike hire but we made do with the hire available on the beach. Overall a wonderful stay.

ExtrĂȘmement déçue. Prestations pas Ă  la hauteur de ce que l'on attend d'un hĂŽtel HYATT. Nourriture peu qualitative, trĂšs peu de choix au buffet le soir pour 420 dirhams !!! Matelas sur la plage en face du restaurant le sud dĂ©chirĂ©s, tĂąchĂ©s, plage privĂ©e non nettoyĂ©e...
