We had a great experience utilizing the long-term parking and we also spent a night when we returned to pick up our vehicle. The parking was a great value and we utilize the airport shuttle, which is very convenient. The staff was very friendly, helpful, and attentive. For the price, the room was also very good. Frustratingly, the pool wasn't useable. The bed creaked dreadfully. Breakfast was adequate (yogurt, fruit, waffles, muffins, coffee) Gratefully, the airport shuttle was there within 15 minutes of my call. 'Pick' was great to help with my bag. Disappointingly, when I texted with a request, it wasn't replied to.

The room was very clean, the check in was easy I did it online beforehand and it took all of 5min in person to get my keys. MJ was great and even walked all the way up to my room to fix the disconnect between the AC/heat and the thermostat.
