Its old and small rooms and really small baths. Size cant br changed but definitely coukd use facelift. Paint on walls chipped, elevator not very clean and only one operating and doesn’t stop at 2nd floor. 2 bed rooms were double beds, however, beds and pillows were clean and comfortable. Pool was shut fown in August by health dept. and still not open. Kids were disappointed. Very limited in breakfast items. Ran out of stuff . Were only there 1 night and t was ok but wouldn’t stay there again. Staff was kind and polite.

Pros: able to check in late, adequate water pressure, fairly quiet room, bed sheets and pillows clean and comfortable, breakfast was good Cons: not very clean, calling the hotel got no answer even when repeatedly calling for several hours, finding staff for any assistance beyond checking in was nearly impossible

Excellent location, located in a beautiful area., easy walking for dining Pharmacies gas station about anything you want. In fact I had a minor problem with my I phone and there was a Verizon store in walking distance. Everyone on the staf is pleasant helpful and and polite. We just had a great time.

The bed was comfortable. Everything else was terrible. There was no cold water at night and no hot water in the morning. Microwave didn't get food hot. The breakfast was completely out of everything, plates, cutlery, juice food. The staff was missing for a good 20 mins when I got locked out of my room. The elevator wasn't working and the hall ways were disgusting. They need to close down.

The room was clean. However they didn't check the room to see if we needed anything. When we asked the front desk for some toilet paper, we were told the store room was locked and to go to the store and get some. I did tell the front desk what happen as we were checking out. They showed me the key in the drawer and said they will talk to him. We travel to CT frequently and we will be not staying here again.

Room was clean and staff were polite and respectful. Hotel is old, fitness equipment are out of service. The air conditioning instrument is worn out and air has a burning smell or spices. You only get one towel and not a big one. Toilet is very very old and small. The place needs major renovation. Won't go back to it

Smelled like smokers stay here

Stayed for a quick night to attend a wedding. Hotel is conveniently located right off of the highway. Ample parking and felt safe. This hotel is pet friendly. Check in was quick but upon getting off on our floor I got a quick wiff of smoke. Walking into the room I decided to go back down and ask for another room. It smelled like they tried to mask the smell of marijuana in the room but failed. It was good for a quick cheap night’s sleep but wouldn’t stay here for more than that.

This hotel was ok for 2 adults, but I wouldn’t advise families to stay here. The elevators are small and buttons don’t work. The breakfast was only so so and they were out of things. Ni lounge area only two chairs. The carpets could use an updating. The staff were friendly. The wifi was horrible. You have to frequently sign in and hope it works. Great water pressure in the very small bathrooms.

Something Changed at this location.."new mgmt?"

I've stayed at this budget accomodation for its proximity and vehicle safety in their well lit lot..There seems to have been some management/worker dispute that has seen a decline in overall cleanliness. The common area rugs are filthy and spotted..also, having stayed many times and not expecting much in amenities..the room i was in had large blotched stains that looked "unhealthy"...I slept on the bedspread with my own blanket and pillow...no hairdryer..tv that needed maintenance to turn on..and lastly...roaches in the bathroom w a toilet that flushed with a long whinning sound..I used to be comfortable here. S

Dissapointing

The outside of the hotel was clean and welcoming, the front desk does not speak english well at all. The elevators were not working well, buttons were broken and one was out of service. They offered coffee in the entry way but none was ever available. Black stains on the carpet in the room. I won't be staying again
