Breakfast had lots of variety and it was huge, the y provided everything you can think of. I also liked the fact that we had the options of a few pools and the ocean. From the second we arrived until the second we left the staff were there to make sure that we were looked after and happy. They quite literally can't do enough for you.
The rooms are spacious and have everything. Nespresso machine, toiletries, sewing kit, bonnet de douche and little unexpected extras.
We were fortunate enough to have booked the swim up room with a private plunge...

"One of the best hotels in Zakynthos. It is very clean and close to the center and the beach. (5-10 minutes walk) There is a supermarket nearby/on the way, which is run by a nice gentleman. Maria, who welcomed us at the hotel and said goodbye at the end, is a sweetheart. She helped us with our suitcases and made us feel safe. The hotel is very nice and clean. The electronics and the lighting function are top notch. There is nothing to complain about at this hotel."

Eugenia ‘mother’ of the hotel in term of making sure you are comfortable, very friendly chatting going the extra mile. Such lovely people very warm and approachable.
Overall I would definitely stay here again, although it’s on the strip you don’t here a thing once your in the hotel.
