"Don't stay at this hotel! We chose this place because we wanted a little more comfort, even though there's a cheaper option right next door. We were given a room without a working shower because the water wouldn't drain. We couldn't contact the front desk because no one was there, and the phone numbers provided didn't answer. We had to use all the towels to save the room from flooding. My husband diligently cleaned the shower drain, removing about half a pound of fluff. (Where is the management here? Why don't they check the rooms?!) We went to bed without a shower (because we had no dry and clean towels left) at 1:30 am., and at 6:30 a.m., we were woken by the crew working on the hotel expansion (6:30 a.m.!!!). "

"Cheap doesn’t mean it should be dirty. Thick dust on carpets, liquid splattered up walls, we had no towels in the room, whole place just dirty. Shower old and tatty, toilet flushes for ages, not very environmentally friendly! "

"The staff were polite and very helpful. The room was clean but the elevator was scary - rickety, wobbly and some very strange noises. The drain in the shower had a dodgey odour. The heating worked well and it’s a safe place to stay. "

"Sleep ruined by constant banging and opening of door rooms and young men talking loudly and going into each others there rooms . They need to have a night manager as I eventually lost my temper at 11.30 Pm on a Monday night . Walls were also very thin . I do not recommend the place "

"Call ahead about parking. Only small cars can park near hotel. Feels impossible to get your car between the walls of driveway but you can. Work was in progress on outside of hotel. No problem. Very old but surface remodel. Quite a travel adventure. Excellent restaurant in area. L’annexe"

"The air conditioning did not work. It ran but never cooled. I slept on top of the sheets. The desk person said the air was turned on but just needed time to cool. The room was nice. Hotel is close to a oark"
