It has everything you need in the room, and they have a app where you can download and chat with the staff if you ever need anything, and they are pretty fast at getting what you need too, plus very nice and friendly service from hotel staff. Plenty of modernized couches and handcrafted seats around the swimming pool to sit and lay back. Fitness center has a variety in of cardiovascular equipments to choose from. Room is well kept, spacious, and neat. Front desk receptionists were polite, friendly, and generous. unexpectedly, I had anopportunity to meet the owner ( Khun Sukunya) at front counter. She was very friendly, kind, and businesslike person. "

"Reception is located on the main road, there are several buildings and we went to the wrong one. Room wasn't ready, so had a welcome drink while i waited. Reception staff are good, hotel guests are mainly Japanese, asian. Breakfast starts at 5, perfect if you have an early round of golf, and there was a good selection. The restaurant also serves food all day, and the menu looked good. Room was a surprise, it had a kitchen and a proper bath with a separate shower. Very nice and a comfortable bed. Small pool and small gym. Next door is a Robinson's mall and a street market, so there are plenty of restaurants. "

"The Place is a bit difficult to find, the property has no signage on, probably due being still not entirely finished. Bedding and Towels surprising good quality, Room sparsely Furniture'd. However: Getting ready to leave I take a seat on provide (only 1) Plastic chair, which (I am 72 kilo) cracks on the Seat in half and I am almost landing on the ground. Mind you, I am slightly disabled (recent spine surgery). On check out we inform the reception of this which goes on the Phone forward backward and then demands us to pay the chair, which I naturally refuse to. Manager does not make an appearance but sends an assistant lady. The Lady does not see the fact that the furniture is faulty and insists on us to pay for the chair, only after I threaten the Hotel to take legal actions finally our deposit is being returned and the matter put to rest. Do not stay at this place, never mind the special discounted offers."
