"Sadly we spent more time trying to email and text with offsite staff, figure out the coded locks (both the one on the front door and the one one the room door are touchy), talk with Maintenance about the noisy, difficult-to-use in-room heater, and negotiate the steep, narrow stairs than we did enjoying Duluth. We were awakened at midnight by truck and traffic noise as well as someone rattling the front door as if trying to get in. When asked about a partial refund, management offered a 15...
