"A little exi ,but great to experience luxury."

"We booked a sea view room, beautiful views. Good breakfast and polite friendly staff. Would definitely recommend and come back. Only thing, is the distance from the hotel to the Konak ferry port or bazaar is definitely not a walk you can jump on a tram which is about 3 min walk from the hotel. And 2 stops you’re there. I’d say probably a good 30 min walk and if you plan on doing shopping you’d probably be exhausted by then as the markets are huge and a lot to explore. "

"It was a great experience all inclusive is a great choice for someone like us already did 2 hard weeks in Türkiye. Place kept very clean and organized, food was good and tasty. Drinks are included so you can indulge yourself. There is a decent size beach and nice pool. I would come back"

"Bir Dem Urla is a beautiful spot with good staff. But unfortunately there are a few things lacking to making it great. The first is the toilet situation, it's understandable when old plumbing doesn't facilitate the flushing of toilet paper but when the bidet is broken on both the toilet in our room and the public toilet, it leads to a very smelly situation. In this case they should prioritize the repair of the toilets and the garbage should be changed daily to stop the whole bathroom smelling like feces. Upon arrival our garbage hadn't been changed from the previous tenants so it wasn't very nice to open the bathroom door. Next, the bees/wasps. The pool is gorgeous but surrounding the pool there's got to be a hive/nest somewhere very close. Travelling with a partner and child who are allergic to bees meant we basically didn't swim or hang out by the pool during our stay. Then there's the lack of storage in the rooms, this one is kinda picky but the rooms aren't that large to not have a dresser. We had a rod to hang stuff up but there was only three hangers. I don't find having to put my luggage on the bed every time I need to get something out all that convenient or relaxing. Overall, with some upgrades to the facility, I'd stay here again. But as it sits right now I would look for other places around Urla or go out towards Cesme."

"Amazing"

"Fermaki is a boutique hotel with a very nice atmosphere and restaurant. We had an excellent stay there. What was good: - Interior design of the hotel and rooms - Breakfast ("serpme kahvaltı"): A lot of options, had too much to eat! - View out of the room: Amazing sea view - Sea front with free (public) sea access What could be better: - Our room was a bit on the small side but acceptable for this price range. - Room had very minor issues, like no countertop next to the sink, minibar makes strange noises. - Breakfast starts quite late so we couldn't have one on the day of our flight. "

"Hidden paradise in Urla!"

"The staff were very professional and helpful. Offered free upgrade. Only gripe wi fi was patchy. Shower fittings was leaking and couldn’t have a bath as water was not hot enough. Simply rectified "

The peaceful and quiet atmosphere made it the perfect place to relax and unwind. The decor, comfort, and attention to detail were simply stunning. Additionally, the cleanliness and hygiene standards were excellent. The staff was friendly and attentive, making the stay even more enjoyable. I would definitely choose this hotel again!"
