"Mizirawi Hotel is in the heart of Ramallah. From shopping to dining, you have a lot of options within walking distance. The area is safe and I was comfortable to go buy essentials after dark hours. Staff will get whatever you need if you prefer 🙂 The staff were wonderful, Mahmoud the receptionist is attentive and always there to answer your questions or lend you a hand. Mizirawi is family-owned and operated; Janine and Dani, the owners live on the property and are there for the guests daily....

"The hotel staff are very friendly and caring. They speak good English and were genuinely interested in making the guests' stay pleasant and also providing information about the city. We did have a issue with the wrong room type when checking in, but the kind lady from the reception checked it for us and apologised for the mistake. Suite room is definitely worth paying some extra money for (modern and spacious). Breakfast was from 8am till 11am. The food choice for breakfast was rather limited,...
