Atendimento e limpeza bons de forma geral, Café da manhã muito bem feito. Porém, quarto apresenta muito cheiro de mofo devido a janela ser pequena e dificultar a corrida de ar, ar condicionado funciona bem, chuveiro ótimo. Localização em ponto muito bom de bares e restaurantes e relativamente perto da famosa avenida beira mar.

PÉSSIMA EXPERIÊNCIA! fiz o check in e depois de pagar percebi que o preço estava diferente. O atendente me devolveu. Entrei no quarto com minha mulher e após tomar banho percebemos que não tinha toalha. Por fim, vimos que nao havia colcha cobrindo a cama, apenas um lençol que estava com diversos sinais de uso. Desci para a recepção e cancelei e reserva. Fui para outro lugar.

Pousada bem localizada em termos de conveniência, limpa, com bom café da manhã e um ótimo atendimento - destaque para a garota venezuelana, muito solícita e gentil. Os quartos são bem pequenos, mas achei bem ideal para quem quer apenas passar a noite. Fiquei em dois quartos diferentes e em um deles, a cama era bem melhor, pq tinha um colchão de casal e não dois colchões de solteiro juntos. O ar condicionado estava funcionando direitinho (essencial para o calor de Fortaleza) e sem barulhos, mas os quartos tem um pouco de cheiro de mofo. Nada que atrapalhe a estadia, acredito que seja porque os quartos não possuem muita ventilação. O ar dá uma disfarçada boa nesse problema.

A água "quente" não é quente, o wi-fi não chegava ao quarto, não tinham kit de amenities e não custava nada ter um espelho de corpo inteiro no quarto. Fator positivo é a excelente região onde está localizada. Seguro e próximo a tudo.

No geral, a estadia foi muito boa, com o staff da pousada nos deixando bem a vontade para decidir como gostaríamos de nos relacionar com os serviços oferecidos. Os pontos negativos são dois, falta de estacionamento para quem vai de carro e barulho ao redor, visto estar em área de grande movimentação noturna, restaurantes e bares, que, na verdade, não é culpa do pessoal da pousada.

A pousada é simples, mas muito limpa e com excelente atendimento dos funcionários. O café da manhã é gostoso e bem diversificado. O quarto é confortável. A região tem muitos restaurantes e bares, com bastante movimento à noite, mas não havia barulho nos quartos. Como só queríamos um lugar limpo e confortável para dormir, o custo-benefício foi excelente.

Passaram 4 dias para arrumar uma televisão que preste. Alguns funcionários não tinham boa educação. Tinha mofo no teto do quarto. O quarto era bem menor que o da foto. Resumindo uma grande decepção.

Excelente custo benefício

Fomos fazer um curso e procuramos um local próximo, tivemos a sorte de achar a Pousada Veleiro. Um local simples, apesar do quarto ser bem pequeno, a cama era boa, o ar-condicionado funcionava direitinho e a ducha ótima. O pessoal da recepção sempre muito atencioso, café da manhã simples, mas com muitas opções considerando o valor da diária (café, leite, suco, pães, tapioca, cuscuz, frutas, ovos, salsicha com molho de tomate e calabresa frita). A pousada fica no Pólo Gastronômico com diversos bares e restaurantes na mesma quadra. Voltaria a me hospedar lá com certeza. Obrigada Sr. Jorge e a equipe da pousada vcs foram show!
