Nice beds and very clean rooms. Only downside is the train horn throughout the night as there is a railroad crossing not too far from the hotel.

Bedding and pillows were okay but not super comfy, it's also right next to the train tracks and it blows the horn. They do provide ear plugs and placed all of us on the other side of the hotel away from the tracks but if it's full some people will be unlucky. Staff was very friendly and helpful, restaurant right next door was tasty. Would stay here again if needed.

Our jumping off point to Havasupai Falls. Clean. Friendly staff. Good food. The trains going by are a bit crazy, but it is what it is. A sight for sore eyes on the way back. After a 30+ mile hike it was like Shangri-La with cold drinks and fantastic shower!!!

Other than the train noise which they can't do anything about anyways, the hotel was clean and the staff was great. They even set aside stuff that we left behind until we called in a few days later to see if they had it. Grateful for them for that.

Our stay at Hualapai Lodge the night before our backpacking trip to Havasu Falls was very nice. The room is clean and has all the amenities of a standard hotel room. The service was extremely friendly and competent. To be honest with the amount of backpackers that hit that place every day, I was expecting less. I thought it would feel the worn with all the turn over. The rooms however were very clean and did not feel worn. Anyone reserving knows of the train nearby which well sounds like a train nearby, if sound sensitive bring earplugs. We were not disturbed by it.

Beds were comfortable and the rooms are clean. There are trains going all night long so if you are light sleeper this is not a place for you. However, there are no hotels nearby so you are out of luck.staff was nice and helpful
