It was an awesome experience staying on the island …. Only a few steps up from the entrance to Mont Saint Michelle. The room was large, bed was very comfortable, and a great shower. Note: Stay on the second floor. Rooms do not have air conditioning and our open window invited people to look in and engage with us from the walkway immediately in front of our room.

Amazing spot right on the mount. However, staff is not available once you check in and minimal information is provided other than directions and where to eat breakfast. The double room is one full size bed which is not super comfy, but fine for one night. The breakfast is fabulous and so were the views from our room.

Beautiful room in a perfect location. Mont Saint-Michel is very touristic, but staying on the island for the night helps you avoid the crowd at night. The only area for improvement would be the check-in process. You have to check-in at Le Relais outside the island, and then again on the island next to the hotel. So it's a lot of back and forth before you're able to get into your room.

The property is very conveniently located and in an interesting area. The rooms are clean but we had numerous flies. Not sure where they all came from but there were a lot! Other than that, we couldn’t have been happier. Very cool location, the breakfast was incredible and the staff was awesome helping us figure out how to get there. The room (305 - La Rouge Maison) was clean with a beautiful view of the harbour. It was one room with large, gorgeous windows, a king-size bed, and a small, separate foyer/entrance with a twin bed. There was a door between them. The bathroom was large with a full bathtub (could fit two!). It was very conveniently located (as is almost everything on the island. The breakfast was substantial and well stocked - croissants, coffee, fruit, eggs, yogurt, cheese, charcuterie and a helpful staff.

Mont St. Michel is an amazing location and this hotel is in the heart of it. The breakfast included eggs, crepes, whole grain and dessert breads and a variety of beverages. Given the site, the hotel has an older, quaint charm.
