The room was a bit tight for our family of four. The view and location were outstanding and breakfast was perfect. The only problem was not having air conditioning as we stayed during a heat wave. Our room was extremely warm (around 35C) one of the evenings we returned from walking around. By opening the windows, running a small fan provided by the hotel, and propping open the door to the room for around an hour or so, we got it down closer to 29C before going to sleep. This isn’t the fault of the hotel but it’s worth knowing for future guests booking during the summer. We would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is located right on the water. The boat to Mainau Island docks directly in front of the hotel, which is convenient if you want to go to the flower Island. Parking is across the street. Great service, but the Wi-Fi is sketchy in some parts of hotel. I would definitely stay here again.

What a top notch hotel!! The front desk attendant was so lovely and upgraded us to a corner room overlooking Lake Constance :) It was beautiful:) Meersburg wasn’t originally on our itinerary, but WOW … it was spectacular. We toured the castle, walked around town, had a delicious dinner and breakfast at the hotel and enjoyed an amazing gelato dessert!!

This hotel excels in every aspect. Our room was even ready early. The staff at check in were super helpful. The room was right over the square, and when the windows were closed, we heard nothing. Bed comfortable, breakfast above average and beautifully presented. There is easy parking to check in. We parked in a public ramp with a small walk just for ease of parking. Location great right on the promenade and easy to board the ferry too. Highly recommend. We loved Meersburg and wish we had booked an extra day.

Very good position in the Unterstadt next to the waterfront, with its own terrace restaurant on the waterfront. And close to many other options for dining; and to the ships on the lake. Doesn't have its own parking but has reserved spaces in an underground car park within minutes (but at a cost).

The parking is not located at the hotel but in a parking lot but a couple of blocks away. You have to tell the hotel or request it on a tablet located on the desk if you want them to make up your room and give you clean towels.

- Schönes Hotel in Top Lage mit einem traumhaften Ausblick auf den See. - Gutes umfangreiches und leckeres Frühstück. Freundliches Personal an Rezeption und im Restaurant. Von den 2 gebuchten Zimmern hatte eines ein renoviertes Bad und das andere ein Bad welches mal eine Auffrischung benötigen würde. Die Zimmer Gesamt und Betten waren gut und machten einen modernen Eindruck. Leider verfügen die Zimmer aufgrund der historischen Bausubstanz über keine Klimatisierung und heizen sich dadurch sehr stark auf.

Checkin verlief wunderbar inkl. Bodenseecard. Zimmer waren geräumig, in gutem Zustand , sauber und mit Blick auf den See sehr gut. Preis-Leistung ist eher medium. Für den Preis und ohne Klimaanlage am See wären Mückengitter wünschenswert. Frühstück war sehr gut, insbesondere das Rührei war eine 10/10!

Eine schöne Unterkunft in bester Lage direkt an der Uferpromenade des Bodensees. Zwar schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber im fortlaufenden Renovierungsprozess. Der morgendliche Gang zum Frühstück ist für den neuen Gast etwas verwirrend, weil man diesen über die Rezeption nicht erreicht sondern ein separates Treppenhaus (ohne Aufzug) nehmen muß. Das WLAN, welches überall ausgeleuchtet ist, hat eine recht schlechte Performance, was am ALter der verbauten (sichtbaren) Accesspoints liegen dürfte. Nettoraten von 6 MBit entsprechen nicht mehr dem heutigen Standard. Sehr gutes und reichhaltiges Frühstück, wo es an nichts fehlt. Freundliches undzuvorkommendes Personal. Wir waren sehr zufrieden.
