Property is right in the heart of Roma Norte walking distance to many restaurants, shops, bars, parks, cafes and short uber rides from museums. The place is nice, modern, great security, gym is perfect, drinking water & espresso/coffee available free in the lower level. The neighborhood is safe and I would absolutely stay here again!

Loved our stay here at kukun. Jonathan was my contact at the hotel prior to checking in and was very helpful and responsive in answering questions before we arrived. We were provided with check in information before we arrived making it very easy. The rooms were very nice, clean and had everything we needed. The space was very quiet and cozy. The front desk reception hosts were so kind and helpful everyday we saw them. I really appreciate their kindness and willingness to help answer questions we had. The hotel is in a great location, central roma norte close to the metro and very easy to walk to restaurants and coffee shops. There's a fabulous one around the corner! We would definitely stay here again!!

Hotel was great. Rooms were nice and clean. It's at a great location, thats walkable to most things. Staff was friendly and was helpful. Regarding fulfilling requests, they typically want you to message someone through whatsApp, even when you are talking to them. Which was odd. But overall, the whatsApp coordinator, was always on top of things and things got done quickly. Looks like the hotel management is outsourced. Overall, i had a great time staying here and would stay again!

Location location location! The stay was 20 min walking distance to most everything you’d like to see or eat in Roma Norte. If it was too far to walk it was a simple 20 min uber (based on traffic) to Bella’s artes, el zocalo, Chapultepec, garibaldi etc. the communication was excellent along with the check in and out process. I left a ring on the room the morning we checked out. I was quickly able to get in touch with management and they recovered the ring and held it until someone was able to pick it up for me. Highly recommend for a short stay.

We absolutely loved our stay at Casa Tonnala Kukun! The priperty is beautiful, clean, has lots of space and in a greaf location. It is in Roma Norte which is walking distance to fabulous places to eat and shop. What made our stay extra special is Luis and the wonderful staff! They are very attentive and helpful. We will definitely return.

Very convenient Roma Norte location to restaurants, shops, other sights. Was glad there was a friendly Front Desk person at all times -- good security as they buzzed you in -- although some did not speak any English which was inconvenient. Unit very clean, kitchen stocked with essentials. A large tv in each bedroom (one not a true closed-off room). Washer/dryer available for free. Uber came within 5 - 7 minutes. Very modern hotel/condo/apartment.
