Well maintained family owned hotel. The smell when entering the hotel was very pleasant. I was surprised to find the old solid wood door to our room and old fashioned key. It was a great step back in time feeling. The restaurant and bakery on site made it a great stay. We came down from the north rim and really appreciated the Jacob lake inn being close by.

If you're visiting the North Rim, this is the place to stay! The rooms are super clean, the staff are extremely friendly (shout out to DJ!), and it's a short drive to the canyon. The grounds have a play area, hiking trail, gas station, and restaurant. The only thing to note is that it's not very vegan friendly. Otherwise it's perfect!

Great little inn right next to the north rim of the Grand Canyon. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff was very nice, and the food was great! There is even a little playground for the kiddos. Highly recommended!

Exceptional service quality from all the staff, desk, waiters, etc. A beautiful location!

This 100 year old inn is very popular as it's the closest lodging to the North Rim of the Grand Canyon. The restaurant is very good, the gift shop extensive, and the bakery cookies are to die for. That said, sometimes issues arise with modern technology, TV and internet were problematic. The on-duty personnel were unable to assist with that, but for a short stay it wasn't a big inconvenience There were some maintenance issues in the bathroom that we pointed out the the manager at checkout and she was apologetic and I'm certain they were addressed.

We loved our room at the Jacob Lake hotel. We had two large windows in our room, and everything was very clean. The bed was very comfortable. Loved the delicious free coffee in the morning, which we picked up at the Inn restaurant. We found the staff to be very helpful, and they were so nice to talk to as we bought our delicious cookies in the Inn store -- so many wonderful choices! It's a great place to stay when you visit the North Rim of the Grand Canyon!

I got a flat tire while going from the inn to north rim. We returned to the inn again. The receptionist lady who was also a mechanic helped with all the details of my car and also provided auto repair shop to go. I'm very grateful with the help provided. I recommend everyone to stay or have food over there which was great too. The staff is very helpful for any help you need. Thanks a lot for great service.
