We had a clean one bedroom one bath. Kitchen had a full size refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, stove oven and coffee maker. The pool was clean and adequate. Our hosts, Jane and Ariel, were very helpful. The complex is located just a block or two from the center of town and was a short walk to the beach.

Excellent location, close to everything. We didn’t rent a car and used a taxi twice. Can walk to anywhere at this resort. Beach access is a 3 minute walk. Our room was amazing, nice quiet secluded balcony. A lot of amenities provided here. Definitely planning to come back and stay again. Thanks Ariel!

Our stay at the TCI Inn at Grace Bay was pure bliss! The atmosphere was incredibly relaxing, the service outstanding, and the villa rooms clean and beautiful. Overall, a really nice property within walking distance of one of the best beaches on the island! The breakfast croissants and coffee were excellent. This condo is in an excellent location to easily walk to the beach and most anywhere else you would want to go in Grace Bay. The condo was very clean and spacious with everything we needed. The grounds and pool were kept very clean as well. Ariel and Jane were the most amazing hosts! Ariel was so kind and patient answering all of our questions each morning as we met him for our delicious breakfast pastries and he was able to help with anything and everything we needed. Our car died one morning and he not only gave us a ride but also contacted the rental car company for us and had our car switched for one that worked before we returned at the end of the day. He knows so many people and was able to connect us with a friend to take us on the most memorable whale watching and snorkeling trip where we actually swam with the whales! The Inn at Grace Bay is truly a treasure in the midst of all of the high end expensive hotels surrounding it. We will definitely stay here again on future visits to TCI!

Everything was fantastic! Ariel was amazing and so helpful with anything we needed. The room was clean and well stocked, beds were comfy and the pool was amazing! The walk to the beach was so quick and easy and chairs were included! I would recommend this stay to anyone and everyone!
