Rooms were comfortable and clean. The lobby area has the same scent we diffuse at home so that was welcoming! Only con: The night lights on the sides of the bed were too bright and we had to block the light with bags. Front desk provided us everything we needed to be more comfortable like a fan, extra pillows and blankets. Service and food at the restaurant was very good for breakfast and dinner. Bartenders were knowledgeable and friendly.

The pool door wasn’t operating well so we kept getting locked in the pool area, then yelled at when we propped it open so we could get out. Also, the ice machines were out of service on multiple floors. They also ran out of towels and didn’t have any for awhile at the pool (this happened both days we were there). But overall the hotel was VERY clean, was right next to a river and had some outside seating which was nice. When they refreshed our room in between nights staying, they organized my daughters stuffies on the bed and left a nice note. It made her smile. The hotel is close to a business district that was pretty neat and had an “old market” feel. Overall I’d recommend staying here, just had some issues with some of the amenities.
