Hotel staff were friendly and very helpful. We needed a change from a double bed to two single beds and it was no problem.
Let us leave our luggage after checking out.
Air conditioning worked well and our room was clean and tidy.
We definitely didn’t have any bad smells that others have mentioned.
Breakfast was also very good.

The perfect hotel to visit Monaco -- affordable, comfortable, quiet, and easily accessible to all the sites. I also appreciated that the train station was so close.

The property is good for the location that it is in. Easy access to all the tourist spots. All the staff there very friendly and helpful.
Outside the property they had workmen digging a large hole probably for new mains. But that did not bother me.
Just made access to the front door to the hotel from the street inaccessible . but you could get there on the side and walk down to the main entrance.
All in all we our enjoyed our trip. would go again and recommend the Hotel Ambassdor Monaco.

Nice hotel, may book it again if visiting Monaco. Would easily deserve 4* if just to fix a few minor things.

Be aware of their information on hotel.com. I booked one room for 3 persons and at check-in they newer hade a room for 3 people. The manager told me it’s not their fault and we needed to get another room for our 3rd person. And they would not refund our money. After traveling and living in Monaco for over 30 years this in not how I’m used too be taking care of. The breakfast was a joke! better too just give the guests an apple. I don’t recommend travelers that going to the principality of Monaco to even consider this place. There are much more affordable and better places then this.
