Very beautiful small hotel with elegant lobby and very pleasant pool area. The staff was absolutely phenomenal. Each and every one went out of their way to accommodate every need and request promptly and with a warm and sincere smile. Mercedes especially and I wish I could remember all the names. Such a pleasure!

Can't wait to come back

I finished my first trip to Mexico with a 2 night stay here to unwind and relax and it delivered. The staff was lovely, the property lush with greenery and beautiful design. I look forward to visiting again once the speakeasy is ready for patrons!

This is such a beautiful property. The place is pristine, the bed and pillows super comfortable and lets talked about the staff, just wow. Super attentive, accommodative, always with a smile. We are vegan and their menu didn’t have vegan options so we opted for buying some fridge food and make our leaves dinner, they warmed the food for us, no if it buts about it. We had THE best experience

A little gem in the center of Mérida

This hotel is a little gem. The location is very close to the historical center. The room, patio, pool, and garden are absolutely gorgeous. The service is excellent. The receptionist had good recommendations for tours and restaurants. The continental breakfast that was included with the night was very good. The only thing that I would improve would be to let the guests know in advance via email about the parking options available nearby as there is no hotel parking.
