The welcome lady staff at the door is very efficient in taking over our luggages when we arrived and depart to take the airport limousine. The breakfast buffet is not up to standard in quality based on the price we paid. We had a wonderful stay here and would not hesitate to recommend it. We loved the buffet, our room, and the general property. It was helpful to have so many restaurants and stores inside the hotel for meals, last minute gifts, and things to pick up like a sandwich or fruit. We could see the ocean from our room but there were some trees and a building that obstructed it a bit but no big deal at all!

We had an awesome stay at Hilton Tokyo Bay. We were fortunate to receive a room upgrade, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The hotel itself is beautiful, and the overall experience was truly excellent. The staff were incredibly pleasant, helpful, and always willing to assist in any way, which made traveling with our family and young kids much easier. The location is also very convenient, with easy access to the monorail, making trips to and from the parks smooth and stress-free. We especially appreciated the luggage services—having a Yamato Transport counter in the lobby made it simple to ship our bags to our next destination. There’s also a Lawson in the lobby, which was incredibly convenient for grabbing snacks, drinks, or anything we needed before heading to the parks or back to our room. Overall, it was a fantastic stay, and we would definitely stay here again on our next visit.
