This hotel has it all. It’s stunning, well thought out, the sea views are endless, the staff are happy and helpful. If you are wanting a beautiful hotel, in a fantastic location this place is for you. However; the food is where I feel the hotel needs a little upgrading. I can only speak as a non-suite guest with access to only the buffet and snack bar, these were not what I would expect from a 5*. The à la carte restaurants looked truly amazing though and if we can ever come back and get a suite we will.

Hotel is very good - staff are excellent and very attentive - although the surroundings outside the complex aren’t particularly attractive

6/10 Good

The staff for the most part was nice, the property is clean but there are cats everywhere, not everyone likes cats. Also there was little ants all over my room( though I never brought it to their attention). The whole ground in the resort is VERY SLIPPERY when it rains, I hope someone does not crack their head someday. The food in general needs an upgrade. The food in Alonzonia is bit better. They need to have nightly events to keep guest entertained.

8/10 Very good

This is a lovely hotel with everything you need to chill for a few days. The food in the all inclusive is nice without being wow and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Downsides are that the pool is very cold, the hote is quite remote so it is a cab to get anywhere worth visiting and being a gym bunny I thought the gym was very basic.
