The staff was helpful and responsive. The king suite was very large with a kitchen. The bed was comfortable and linens very fresh. Breakfast was tasty with a nice variety. The pool requires a reservation with the front desk and is so refreshing! There is a nice clean sauna also. The air conditioning was also lovely since it was very hot outside.

We stayed 3 nights and our entire stay was wonderful. We ate breakfast every morning and it was consistently well stocked and delicious, with many options. We used the spa amenities as well and we had the entire area to ourselves! It was so peaceful and relaxing. The front desk staff was super helpful and friendly. Overall, this was definitely a great experience and we would recommend this stay to couples looking for a good location in the center of Florence with free breakfast and a boutique hotel feel.
