Our room was immaculate, beautifully maintained, and incredibly comfortable, and the overall quality across the whole property was consistently high. Food was a real highlight. Breakfast was perfect — a brilliant mix of buffet options plus an à la carte menu, which made it feel extra special rather than standard hotel dining. We were on half board and found it more than enough, especially as we chose to use the 150 AED supplement for both Michelin-starred restaurants, which was absolutely worth it and elevated the whole experience. The amenities were excellent and there was something for all ages. Overall, a truly memorable stay. I’d absolutely recommend it — luxury done properly, with warmth and care rather than just show.

This was the most gorgeous hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The staff, from the front desk throughout the entire property, were super helpful! It was an enormous place and easy to get lost in, but it was also extremely comfortable and luxurious. Will definitely be staying here again when we visit next!

Upon arrival I was a little worried that due to the size and quantity of rooms, we would be forgotten about and not receive the 5 Star hotel experience but we were wrong! There is an army of dutiful staff members always available and there to help, our room was a superb garden terrace next to the Mexican restaurant where we had early morning coffees. Cannot wait to revisit!
