The room are clean, the neighborhood quite got a lot for vacation like view on the beach, port , some minutes to Santa Marinella train station by driving , next to the main gym. The staff welcoming and really open for some requests like I checked out late. But one the future they need to provides shuttle pick up from the train station to the hotel because local bus transport taking to much time. But you can use a taxi

The receptionist was very accommodating arranging late access to our room as our ferry (Grimaldi!!) was significantly delayed. The room itself is functional, very clean, very bland. However there wasn't anywhere to hang damp towels, so we requested a towel rack. We were very disappointed we didn't have any outside space. The location & parking were very good. The swimming pool was exceptional. The staff there were very pleasant and accommodating there. Our only issue was breakfast. Made up predominantly of ultra processed foods. This was a shame and did distract from our stay.

We arrived late in the evening after a delayed ferry from Barcelona, and it was a relief to find our room ready and waiting for us. Thanks. The hotel surroundings show a bit of winter quietness - the pool empty and the garden in seasonal hibernation - but this also gives the place a calm, unhurried atmosphere. Room 10 was a very pleasant surprise: recently renovated, with a brand-new bathroom, fresh furniture and crisp linens. Everything was spotless, the hot water plentiful, and we slept well. Exactly what you hope for after a long travel day. Breakfast was simple but tasty, and the gentleman at the bar prepared excellent cappuccinos, which made for a warm and friendly start to the morning. If time allows, take a walk along the coast in Santa Marinella. There are plenty of charming cafés and restaurants.

Front desk did not speak English but tried to help. There were no soft drinks, ice or cold water available. No Kleenex tissues. Couldn’t open the shutter or work the air conditioner, but I didn’t ask for help either. But such a quaint little place near the ocean and continental breakfast was included. Walking distance to restaurants if you keep in mind they don’t open until after 7. Beach also nearby. Quiet neighborhood but no insulation in the walls. Had a bidet, small shower and adequate towels. It was extremely difficult to get a taxi because it is off the beaten track. We just opted to pay a higher fare.

The property manager was pleasant and efficient with the checkin and checkout process. He also managed breakfast in the morning ensuring guests needs were taken care of making coffees, cleaning up and replenishing food. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable but the washrooms need work as the door didn’t close let alone lock and the shower is tiny. Also the mirror in the washroom was placed too high making simple tasks challenging and there were no other mirrors in the room despite plenty of wall space.

Great place, great view and great price.

Best night's sleep I've had in a while. The bed was very comfortable. The room was completely clean, but extremely bare Bones. The door to our bathroom was swollen so it was difficult to open as it dragged on the floor. And the light in the bathroom was burnt out, but everything we reported to the proprietor, he had taken care of right away. Check-In was a breeze, and the gentleman that runs the place is amazing! Such a great location, it's quiet and has a wonderful view. About a mile or two away is a grocery store and small shopping center with a variety store. It was perfect for what we needed.

If you are arriving for an overnight stay, its fine. Gianni was wonderful and accommodating to us. Very nice man. However, if you require internet, you will only get it in the breakfast area. Nothing in the rooms (our room). We asked for a luggage stand as the room has only a bed and 2 end tables and a chair, they don't have any luggage stands. Must put your luggage on the floor. There is no where you can go that doesn't require a taxi or a lot of walking. Fortunately Gianni asked the restaurant next to the property if they would take us before the 7:30 dinner hour. They were very accommodating to us.
