10/10 Exceptional

The room was nice size. The staff was wonderful and kept our baggage for a small fee while we traveled to Pisa for a couple of days. Also kept it for free as we wondered around town before our cruise left the day we checked out. Breakfast was amazing so many different choices, clean, and delicious! Close to the train station for our travel to Pisa. And there’s a shuttle bus you can catch right near the hotel.

Very old well maintained hotel. Does show its age but is a historic building still being used. Breakfast is good. Staff very helpful.

We loved the Hotel de Ville and its location right across from the city promenade by the sea. Very walkable to all the sites in Civitavecchia. Breakfast was included and very nice. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Also great restaurants near the Hotel.

Great location for an overnight stay pre cruise. Beds very comfy, great sea view, shower cubicle little old and small, could do with replacing. Reception booked shared transfer to ship, all very easy. Would stay here again.

The staff were very nice and helpful. The location was good, walking distance to the train station. The air conditioning didn't work very well, which I’m guessing is why the room had mold all over the bathroom and at the AC vent.
