7/13からハノイレガシーホテルを3泊と空港からのタクシー送迎を予約してましたが当日タクシーが送ってくれたのは系列の違うホテル！ホテルのフロントの男性に「私が予約したのはレガシーホテルです！」と言うと「レガシーホテルはつぶれた…。」との説明。到着したのが夜の12時だった事もあり仕方なく3泊する事に。3日間辛い思いをさせられました。経緯の説明と返金をお願いします！

L’établissement est très bien situé au cœur du vieux quartier. Les différents points touristiques sont facilement à accessibles. Le personnel est attentionner et très serviable.
La qualité des chambres laissent à désirer. Il y a présence de moisissure sur les murs dans certaines chambres ce qui n’est pas acceptable pour un établissement de 4 étoiles. L’établissement a besoin de TLC.

Great staff but not the hotel for us.
We booked the same day as arriving and the hotel staff were very efficient in arranging our airport transfer (at the minute!). The hotel is in the middle of downtown Hanoi but unfortunately the room had no windows and was very humid with damp patches in various places on the walls. We were bitten by mosquitos. The breakfast was very poor. I am sorry to write this as the staff were extremely nice and very helpful but unfortunately the the room and facilities were not what we were expecting.

The location of this hotel is ideal for exploring the vibrant and bustling Old Quarter of the city. The staff is very friendly, helpful and efficient. They booked tours to Halong Bay and local pagodas for us at very competitive prices and arranged for pick up from the hotel in clean spacious vehicles. The breakfast which was included in our hotel rate was fantastic! This hotel was part of an unforgettable experience in an unforgettable city!

広い部屋にアップグレードしていてもらい
とても快適に過ごせました。
隣の若者たちが夜中に大声で喋りドアを激しく閉めるのが不快でした。
マナーの問題ですが。
ブレックファーストあまり好みではなかったので外でフォーを食べましたね。
