We were really happy that we chose this hotel. Staffs are very helpful on snowy day to assist with luggage. The breakfast is delicious and are more than we can eat. Room is great. Overall a very memorable stay.

Also the breakfast is amazing, a massive and generous spread.
Hotel also helped me pre arranged my balloon tour and airport transfer.
Room is a little damp, but there is a dehumidifier. Overall super chill vibes and great stay.

Amazing. The hotel was beautiful and so comfortable to stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, they provided an amazing free breakfast with tea and juice and lots of variety for breakfast treats. The area around the hotel was safe and beautiful with a short 5 minute walk to city centre. I would highly recommend staying at the hotel and staying in the city the locals were so inviting and there was lots of restaurants and shops.
