Stayed here for 2 nights travelling from Europe. We were delighted with everything the from front desk to the housekeeping team making sure we were looked after during our stay. Fantastic size bedroom and it was super clean, and the room was regularly cleaned. We didn't eat here or use the spa, but would return again based on this experience.

The staff was helpful, friendly and attentive with guests. The one thing I would change would be to not keep drinks or edibles on floors that can’t be supervised by staff for the purpose of cleanliness. We enjoyed our staff and felt safe at all times in and around the property.

Nice hotel. Great location. Would stay again. It does lack that expansive open lobby, find a nook to sit feel. That is really the main feature I missed.

Everything was excellent. A rooftop bar will be a perfect addition — offering stunning views of the beautiful Mexico City skyline. The atmosphere, service, and overall experience were exceptional.
