Great concierge that helps you with all the details if this is your first visit to the city. Super room (1504) on high 15th floor - open views across to Tivoli park and plenty of space and light. Cleaned daily and fresh towels / refreshments. Lovely breakfast on 20th floor with lots of friendly helpful staff. Pool on 18th floor easy to swim laps in. Even though not everything is perfect, we keep on coming back to this hotel. It’s convenient, it’s plush, and the staff is great. Perfection would mean better pillows (at least one hard and one soft rather than both super soft), a lack of silverfish (not the pets we like, even if they hide underneath the carpet, and attention to detail in bathroom cleaning (watermarks show where the wiping down did NOT happen). And I already look forward to coming back to check 😉
