The spa was one of the primary reasons the I booked and it did not disappoint. I received a haircut that was fantastic and used all the facilities multiple times a day. I also loved the club on the 19 floor (incredible views, good food, great staff, and a place to relax). The daily breakfast on the 19 floor far exceeed my expectations in terms of food options, the staff and once again views. I went there most days to catch the sunrise which was life affirming. When interacting with the staff (front desk - Nina, and concierge- Gasper) they were extremely professional, helpful, and showed genuine concern about meeting and far exceeding my expectations. They also added a beautiful personal touch. I have been to 30 countries and your hotel is not only stunning but well ran and client focused.
